Glenhuntly Strength and Conditioning sessions on Thursdays at 7 pm and Sundays at 3 pm and 4 pm.
Sessions conducted by Anna Saw. Anna is an accredited strength and conditioning coach. She also has a PhD in sport science, is an accredited exercise physiologist, and accredited athletics coach. Anna is a middle distance runner and Glenhuntly member.
A typical session will include a warm up with mobility and muscle activation exercises, general and event-specific strength exercises, and recovery techniques.
